Each month we create a different pierogi. This is our opportunity to have a little fun in the kitchen. Our monthly choices are influenced by holidays, seasonal vegetables, and our own imaginations.

The following Pierogies are only available during the month listed. At the end of the year we will have a vote to see which one will be put on our permanent menu!
